good morning. i have a cautiously optimistic praise this morning. we have finally found 'our' house. we sumbitted an offer on it and are waiting to hear back. we are dealing with a bank instead of a person, so it can be a bit more challenging. we are praying for a smooth and speedy transaction, that the bank will find our offer pleasing and we don't encounter a bidding war, and that we are able to surmount any obstacles that might occur before the closing date. we would appreciate you standing with us in prayer too. hopefully, we will have good news to report on february 15th.
